(1) Short-circuit generator

(2) High voltage short-circuit transformer
15 kV / 12, 24, 36, 48 kV　1,000 MVA　1 phase 3 units

The transformers are used for tests up to 84 kV.
(3) Ultra high current transformer
12 kV / 600, 1,200 V　210 MVA　3 phase 1 unit

Used for testing low voltage circuit breakers, conductors, busbars and etc..
(4) DC short-circuit test facilities
120 kV / 10 kA　16 kV / 60 kA

Silicon rectifiers convert AC currents into DC currents.
(5) Indoor test cell with soundproofing
40 m × 25 m × 29 m (H)
Soundproofing measures are carried out to consider ambient environment.
(6) Automatic control system and
computer measurement system for short-circuit test
