安全性向上システムは、安全診断システムと安全提案システムからなる。安全診断システムは、アンケートを主体に事業所における安全レベルを診断し、個人の安全意識、安全管理、および安全風土・文化に関する弱点・長所を抽出するものである。安全提案システムは、診断結果に基づいて安全性向上のための方策を提言するシステムである。この安全性向上システムについては、いくつかの企業に試行的に適用し、実用化のレベルに達したと判断している。したがって、本報告では、本システムについて、その全体構成、実施の流れ、各部の機能および得られる結果について述べ、今後の広汎な活用に向けた取り組みについて紹介する。

概要 （英文）

Safety ensuring system consists of a safety asseement system and safety proposal system. The assessment system can provide several defects and merits in organizations in the respects of individual safety awareness, safety management, and safty climate/culture based on the questionnaires applying to employee. The safety proposal system is to propose suitable safety activities and policies available based on the assessment result. This safety ensuring system has been made some trial applications to actual organization, as a result this system has shown enough applicabilities, then authors regard it as reaching the practical usage level. In this report, system configuration, applying procedure, obtained functions and expected results are mentioned and discussed. Furthermore, the future applications to wide range industries are as introduced.
