高度情報化の動きは産業構造に大きな影響を及ぼす。産業連関表を組替えて、1985～95年間を対象に情報化の影響を分析した。1）情報産業をIT系情報産業など6つにグルーピングした結果、3つのIT系の情報産業（電気通信、コンピューター、ソフト開発等）が高成長であるのに対して、一般型の情報産業（新聞、出版、教育等）は中成長に留まっている。2）「情報化比率」の推移から見ると、最終需要における情報化は民間部門では大きく進展しているが政府部門では進展していない。3）生産額の成長要因分析によれば、IT系産業の高成長（年率5.8～8.3％増）の要因は、最終需要品目構成変化（寄与度1.3～3.9％増）、技術構造変化（同0.7～2.4％増）の影響が大きいが、相対的には前者の方が大きい。

概要 （英文）

Constructing an input-output table (the analytical period is 1985‐1995), we divide information industry into six groups. The main results are summarized as follows. 1) While growth rates of three IT-related industries (telecommunication, computer, and so on) are high, those of general information industries (newspaper, publishing, and so on) are middling. 2) The trend of Information ratio shows that IT diffusion in final demand has progressed largely in private sector, but not in public sector. 3) According to our growth-factor decomposition analysis, the effects of changes in component of final demand (annual growth rate of 1.3-3.9%) and of changes in technological structure (0.7-2.4%) cause high growth rates of IT-related industries (5.8-8.3%), and the former factor is relatively great.
