需給インターフェイスの情報を活用した低圧系統管理サブシステムによる低圧系統電圧維持方法を開発した。開発した手法では、低圧系統の潮流状態を推定し、事前に計算された需要家端の無効・有効電力電圧感度および需要家の負荷遮断可能容量を用いて、各需要家端の分散電源の出力や負荷の制御量を需給ＩＦに指令することにより、低圧系統全体での電圧を規定値内に維持する。開発手法をモデル系統に適用試算した結果、タップ値と分散電源の無効電力を制御することにより逸脱した電圧を適正範囲内に維持できることが明らかとなった。

概要 （英文）

The methodology to control the low voltage distribution line with low voltage distribution management sysytem and Demand Supply Interface is discussed. Using information collected by Demand Supply Interface of each low voltage customer, the low voltage distribution line management system estimates the status of low voltage distribution system and manages it by controlling the output of distributed generation system or load of each customer. Simulation results in model low voltage distribution line shows that the developed method can keep the voltage at every customer in regulated value by changing the tap of pole transformer and controling reacitive power of distributed generations.
