当所では保護リレーの設備および故障に関するデータ，さらにこれに基づく信頼度解析が可能な「保護リレー信頼度解析システム(RASPR)」を開発し，全社に導入してデータを1997年度より収集している。本報告では5カ年間蓄積されたデータの集計・分析，および信頼度解析に基づく，現状の信頼度の提示，信頼度解析を通じて見た自動監視機能の効果を定量的に表すとともに，第一世代および第二世代ディジタル型リレーを対象に，今後の点検のあり方として，自動点検機能の中の事故対応機能の省略，さらに定期点検の簡素化に関する提言を行い，保守合理化に寄与する。

概要 （英文）

We have developed the Reliability Analysis System for Protective Relays (RASPR), which is composed of a database for relay equipment and its failures and the reliability analysis part. The data for relay systems and their failures have been collected since fiscal 1997. This paper describes how to rationalize of maintenance procidure by; 1) statistical analysis based upon relay systems and failure data, 2) change of reliability indices for protective relays for 5 years, 3) quantitative estimation of the effect of automatic supervising of digital relays through reliability analysis, 4) investigation of omission of interruption of automatic checking in case of a fault, and 5) investigation of periodic testing with shorter testing time through reliability analysis.
