当所では事故時の発電機電力動揺を広範囲な系統状況においても安定化できる適応型PSSの研究を進めている。本稿では当所既提案の適応型PSSに関して以下を述べている。(1)制御定数調整方法の改良(2)上記改良の当所電力系統シミュレータ実験による検証上記改良によって提案の適応型PSSの動揺安定化性能が大幅に向上することを示している。

概要 （英文）

We have been studying an adaptive PSS that is expected to be effective for damping generator power swing caused by power system failures over a wide range of operating conditions.In this paper, associated with the adaptive PSS scheme proposed by the author, the followings are presented.(1) Improvement of the control parameter adjustment process in the proposed adaptive PSS(2) Verification of the above improvement through experimental studies using the power system simulator of CRIEPIIt is revealed that the above improvement is very effective for improving the control performance of the proposed adaptive PSS.
