分散型電源の円滑な普及および導入促進のため、インバータに関連する規格類を調査し、評価法および限度値案を提案する。１ 関連規格の要点 関連規格として、電気設備の技術基準、電波法やIECなどの国際規格を調査したところ、測定に必要な要点はCISPR(国際無線障害特別委員会)が定めている。このためCISPR規格を参考に定める評価法および限度値は種々の規格との整合が確保できる。２ 系統連系用インバータの評価に適する試験サイト 試験サイトに求められる要点「電磁妨害発生源から10m離れた地点の確保」および複数の電磁妨害発生源の個別評価を可能とする必要がある。図１に示す、赤城試験センターに設置した電波雑音評価設備が、評価に適切である。３ 限度値の提案 内外の規格が定める数値との整合などを勘案し、住宅地域(注2)に使用する場合、表1に示す限度値を提案する。

概要 （英文）

To make smooth introduction of dispersed power generating system, we propose establishment of limits and measuring methods for electromagnetic disturbance generated by grid-connected power conditioners. After lengthy investigation ofpublished standards and related materials, we have come to the following conclusions.1 CISPR the basis of published standardsOur investigation of all publihed standards, pertinent Japanese laws and ICE standards have clarified that most standards adopts CISPR standard measuring methods. The CISPR methods are essential and the methods we propose for domestic use are compliant with them.2 Suitable test site for electromagnetic disturbanceTen meter clearance between the disturbing source and the sensor shall be adopted in order to maintain compliance with all published standards. The measurement system for electromagnetic disturbance located in the Akagi Testing Center is just an ideal testing site for measuring electromagnetic disturbance generated by grid-connected power conditioners.3 Proposed LimitsMatching limits for domestic use are proposed for both radiated and conducted disturbance.
