今後，高度経済成長期に大量に設置された設備が一斉に高経年期を迎えることで，設備の故障リスクや保守費用の増加が懸念されており，電力流通設備の保守や更新を今まで以上に適切に計画・実施することが重要となっている。そこで，電力システム全体としての供給信頼度および経済性を考慮した保守・更新計画の策定を支援するためのプログラムを開発した。開発プログラムは，個々の設備が故障時に系統に与える影響や，設備の維持に必要な費用を考慮し，数十年以上程度の考察期間において最経済となる保守・更新計画（どの設備をいつ，どのように大規模保守または更新をすればよいか）を作成するものであり，高経年設備の故障率増加に伴うN-2故障発生のリスクを考慮することで，複数設備の保守・更新による相互の影響を考慮することができる。また，複数設備に対する年間の保守費用，更新費用を制約条件として考慮することができる。モデル系統を用いた試算により，開発プログラムの有効性を確認した。

概要 （英文）

The progress of aging of transmission equipment is becoming a crucial issue in Japan, and adequate maintenance and replacement strategies need to be developed. In this report, we developed a maintenance and replacement planning support program for transmission equipments based on supply reliability and cost evaluation. The program builds the most economical maintenance and replacement plan for a given period, considering outage risk on power system and cost that is necessary to keep the equipment in good condition. Focusing on the risk of N-2 faults caused by aged equipments, the interactions between the overhauls/replacements of equipments are considered. The constraints of annual repair cost, overhaul cost and replacement cost are also considered. The effectiveness of the developed program was verified by numerical examples using a model system.
