瞬時電圧低下により特別高圧の需要家に影響がある場合、瞬時電圧補償装置の導入が考えられる。しかしながら，負荷種別や容量などの詳細を正確に把握できない場合があるため，補償装置の容量が過大になりコスト増加の一因になっていた。
このため，電圧や電流実測値から需要家負荷の種別および概算容量を推定する手法を提案し，その有効性を明らかにした。
（１）誘導電動機，パワ－エレクトロニクス機器，調相設備などのその他の機器の3つが重要である。これらの機器は機器起動時ならびに起動中の瞬時有効・無効電力の様相が異なるため，その特徴を基に対象負荷機器を上記３ついずれに属するかを推定する。
（２）機器起動時の電圧低下を考慮して概算容量を推定する
また，構築した推定手法の有効性を実際の負荷機器ならびに交直電力系統シミュレータを用いた試験で明らかにした。
（１）今回の試験に用いた機器（8種類）はその種別を誤りなく判定できた。
（２）誘導電動機ならびにパワエレ機器の容量は，それぞれ3.8%，17.6%以下の誤差で推定できた。

概要 （英文）

When the customer at special high voltage class has the influence by the voltage dip, the introduction of UPS is regarded. However, the information of load type and load capacity etc. can not be often obtained. Therefore, because the capacity of UPS became excessive, this has been a cause of a cost increase.
We propose the estimation method of load type and load capacity and clarify the effectiveness.
(1) An induction motor, power electronics equipment, the others such as impedance loads of L and C are important for voltage dip measures. Because aspect of these P and Q waveformes under load start differs, it estimates the classfication of above three types for loads.
(2) It estimates the capacity taking the voltage drop into account.
In addtion, the effectiveness of the estimation method is clarified by actual loads and CRIEPI's simulator loads.
(1) The types of the load equipment can be judged without errors.
(2) The capacity of induction motors and power electronics equipment can be estimated within 3.8% and 17.6% respectively.
