同期発電とインバータ電源との並列運転時を対象に、単独運転検出上の問題点と、問題回避のために各電源が具備すべき検出方式を、実験およびシミュレーションにより評価し、次を明らかにした。・「需要地系統ハイブリッド実験設備」において、太陽光発電用インバータと同期発電機の並列運転時における単独運転試験を実施し、同期発電機が運転継続している間は、殆どのケースにおいてインバータは検出不能となり、最終的な停止時間が遅延する場合のあることを検証した。・双方の電源において一般的に採用されている単独運転検出方式の種々の組合せを考え、それぞれの単独運転検出時間についてシミュレーション解析した。その結果、これら異種電源の並列運転時の検出方式として、同期発電機には無効電力変動方式、インバータ電源には周波数シフト方式と周波数変化率検出方式の組合せ方式、をそれぞれ採用することが有効であることを明らかにした。

概要 （英文）

Problem and measure on islanding detection in the case of parallel interconnection of the synchronous power generator and the inverter typed power generators are tested and simulated in the study. The results are as follows. Islanding test using 150kW class synchronous power generator and 6 units of 5kW inverter typed power generator for Photovoltaic use is carried out by the ADAPS test facility at Akagi Testing Center of CRIEPI. It is clear that final islanding stoppage time of the inverter typed generators tend to be delayed due to maintaining of voltage and frequency by the synchronous generator. Islanding time of each combination case of islanding detections between inverter typed generators and synchronous generator is simulated with EMTP model. As the results, it is clear that the reactive power variation method for synchronous generator and combination method of the frequency change rate detection and the frequency shift measure for inverter typed generator are the most appropriate for avoiding mutual interruption between the two power generators.
