需要家の実態に合わせた瞬低対策の解析ができるようにするため，需要家機器の脱落特性が考慮でき，瞬低対策機器の追加検討やフィーダー毎に瞬低対策機器を設置する対策効果の検討が可能となるように２つの瞬低対策機器の解析ができるように機能向上した。また，自己消弧型素子を用いたスイッチのモデルや電池特性を考慮した電池システムのモデルを新たに開発し，負荷の特性に応じた最適な瞬低対策機器の種類や容量の検討に活用できるように機器モデルを拡充した。

概要 （英文）

Voltage dip measures can be analyzed according to customer's realities by improved an analytical tool based on EMTP because the dropout characteristic of the customer equipments can be considered. And Two voltage dip measures equipment can be analyzed as the result that users can examine the effect of measures of setting up the voltage dip measures equipment of an additional examination and each feeder of the equipment. Morever, as we newly develop the model of the switch that used the self-commutated devices t and the model of the battery system that considered the battery characteristic, the analysis tools can be used to examine the kind and the capacity of the best voltage dip measures equipment according to the characteristic of the load.
