近年、分散型電源の系統連系が急激に進みつつある中、配電系統の運用制御への影響が懸念されている。特に配電線の電圧管理については、需要家の調相設備の影響や配電線の太線化に伴って、現状でも運用制御が困難となってきており、新しい電圧管理手法の開発ニーズが高まってきている。一方、半導体やセンシングなどの技術進歩に伴って、配電系統設備も高度化が図られてきており、配電系統の事故区間判定や状態管理といった目的からセンサー開閉器の導入も進んでいる。 そこで本報告では、近年配電設備において導入の進んでおり、かつ需要地系統構成機器の１つでもあるセンサー開閉器を有効に活用した配電系統の電圧推定法について検討を行い、その有効性を確認するとともに，分散型電源連系時の電圧管理方式として提案する電圧推定法を利用した方式が有効であることがわかった。

概要 （英文）

In recent years, connection with the distribution system of distributed generators is progressing rapidly, and we are anxious about the influence of the employment and control on a distribution system. Also in the present condition, voltage management of a distribution system is becoming difficult with influence of phase modifying equipment of a consumer, or with a power line becoming thick. Therefore, developing the new voltage management technique is needed considerably.On the other hand, equipment of a power distribution system has also been developed by technical evolution of a semiconductor, sensing, etc. And introduction of a sensor switch is progressing from the purposes, such as a judgment of the accident section of a distribution system, and state management of it.So, in this report, we examined the new voltage estimation technique of the distribution system which utilized effectively the sensor switch whose introduction to a distribution plant is increasing in recent years and which is one of the composition apparatus of Autonamous Demand Area Power System, and checked the validity. And we examined that the voltage management system using the voltage estimation technique to propose is effective, when distributed generators connected with the distribution system.
