当所では，電気事業に関わる研究開発のためのインターネット上の情報共有システムである「電中研テクノウェッブシステム」を開発してきた。本システムは，遠隔地に分散した研究者や実務担当者間での研究情報・資源などの共有化，迅速な情報発信，および緊密な情報交換の実現を目指したエクストラネットである。 本報は，2002年度～2003年度の間に行われたソフトウェアの拡充と本格運用の経過を報告するものである。この間，以前から提供してきた既存のデータベース，数値解析プログラム等の一部について収録データと機能の拡充を行った｡また，土木技術に関わる調査・観測・実験データ等のデータベース２種類，数値解析プログラムのダウンロード環境３種類を新規に開発した｡最後に，試験運用から本格運用に至る経緯，利用状況等を総括し，本システムが電気事業に関わる研究開発の効率化に役立つ実用的なものであることを考察した。

概要 （英文）

CRIEPI Techno-Web System is an extranet system for sharing research information and resources among electric power companies and CRIEPI. It serves databases, computer simulation programs and remote observation tools on an Internet-based virtual private network. This is the fourth report of this study that presents the development of new software tools and progress of the operation from FY2002 through FY2005. The current status of the system is summarized as follows: - Additional data or functions were installed in some existing databases and simulation tools. - New databases have been developed, which store information on hydraulic design and earthquake observation. - New numerical simulation programs have been developed, which analyze or calculate wind fields, seismic fragility of underground reinforced concrete structures and simulated earthquake ground motions. - General-purpose software tool has been also developed for helping wider and easier application of remote observation. Practical operation of the whole system has been successfully performed since FY2002, and it demonstrated ability of the system in supporting efficient research and development for the electric power companies.
