我が国は、大量生産、大量消費による経済発展の一方で、廃棄物の大量発生、これに基づく最終処分場の逼迫等の問題に直面しており、環境負荷の低い循環型社会への転換が急務となっている。近年では、廃棄物処理施設に発電設備を設置するケースが増えているものの、あまり導入が進んでいないのが現状である。今後、廃棄物の確実な資源循環を進める上で、一般廃棄物発電設備の現状を把握し、技術的特徴や経済性を評価しておくことが必要と考えられる。本報告書では、国内における一般廃棄物発電設備の現状を調査するとともに、方式別の発電端効率や経済性を比較・評価した。

概要 （英文）

The economy of our country has developed by mass production and mass consumption, on the other hand our country is confronted with the problems of the mass generation of waste, the tightness of final landfill sites and so on, and the conversion to the recycle-based society of low environmental load is a pressing need.In recent years, the number of cases to set up the power generation plant in the waste treatment facility has increased, but the introduction is not so advanced in the present situation. It is thought that understanding the present situation of the waste power generation plant and evaluating the technical feature and the economy are necessary in advancing certain recycle of waste in the future. This report surveyed the present situation of the domestic waste power generation plant, and compared and evaluated the power generation efficiency and the economy of each method.
