文献調査を通じ，危険感受性向上に資する教育手法の抽出・整理を行った。抽出した91種類の方法を10手法に分類し，各手法について適用できる目的・方法・対象者等を明確にした。さらに，危険感受性向上手法に共通する課題について，訪問調査結果をもとに対処法や工夫に関して整理を行った。これらの調査全般を通じ，危険感受性向上に資する教育手法の要件を6観点24項目にわたり抽出し，危険感受性向上手法導入の際の注意点を明確にした。

概要 （英文）

In industry, some safety educations and trainings are carried out for improving workers' risk perception. As an effective method for improving it, risk simulation training is paid to attention recently. However, it is not easy to introduce this training for many companies by various circumstances. These companies, which could not introduce it, must look for some alternative methods. Also, regardless of training methods, all of these trainings which can improve workers'risk perception have some common issues about trainers, motivation to learn, getting into a rut, training evaluation, follow-up after training and individual follow-up.
Then, the purpose of this study is to extract the safety educations and trainings which are likely to improve workers'risk perception through literature review, and to investigate ingenuities about the above issues through interviews to clarify the required conditions of the education and training for improving workers'risk perception.
The six journals and several other research papers about safety education and training were reviewed for extracting the safety educations and trainings which are likely to improve workers'risk perception and 91 trainings were extracted. These trainings were divided into 10 methods and classified according to the objective of training, obtained awareness, target trainee, and so on. Based on literature review, interview survey was carried out for 19 cases of 14 establishments to investigate the coping techniques and ingenuities against the 6 issues described above. Using this result, this study showed 24 required conditions from 6 viewpoints for improving workers'risk perception.
To improve workers'risk perception, not only safety educations and trainings but also close cooperation with trainers and workplaces, and courteous follow-up will be needed.
