Dr. Apostolakis and Dr. Meserve visited the headquarters of the Chubu EPCO. Mr. Katsuno and Dr. Apostolakis discussed topics such as the use of risk information in operation and maintenance, the results of “Risk-Informed Decision Making Workshop” held by NRRC and the industry’s response to inspection reform initiatives proposed by NRA to be introduced in 2020.
